Preface to Terms and Conditions
By entering your name and the phrase "I Agree" below, you agree that: (1) you have read and understand our Terms and Conditions of Service (2) you intend to form a legally binding contract by entering your name or company name and the phrase "I Agree" (3) if this agreement is for a corporation, you are an officer of that corporation and authorized to bind it for Customs purposes; (4) that a printout of the terms stated above will constitute a "writing" under any applicable law or regulation (5) you agree to abide by all the terms of the agreement stated above (6) you agree that Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the importer and further, if paying by credit card, you expressly agree that payment for Estimated Duties and Taxes are not a matter you will dispute with a credit card company, but directly with U.S. Customs through the procedures outlined in 19CFR§174.11(b).
